We deployed a series of custom web scrapers across leading competitors and industry platforms to extract insight on positioning, volume, and gaps in the market—helping guide both targeting and messaging strategy.

AI-Driven Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Using AI, we refined Manor’s Ideal Customer Profile based on intent signals, prior project types, and buyer journeys. This intelligence was mapped against CRM data to identify patterns and high-value roles to target.

Campaign Development & Audiences

We then launched paid campaigns targeting decision-makers that aligned with high-value projects already in the CRM. Custom audiences and lookalike profiles were built to extend reach while maintaining quality and intent.

Strategic Growth Plan

Beyond campaign execution, we provided a fully documented growth strategy outlining key opportunities, media planning, funnel refinements, and actionable next steps to double down on what’s working.
